Manouk Akopyan is an award-winning storyteller, journalist, writer, editor, content creator, PR & communications expert, and commentator.

His bylines have appeared across Forbes, ESPN, USA Today, Newsweek, The Guardian, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Philadelphia Inquirer, Men’s Health, NFL.com, and Ring Magazine, among various other internationally renowned publications.

Manouk has also served as a combat sports commentator for boxing and MMA programming that has aired on ESPN, FOX Sports, DAZN, and FUBO TV, as well as on pay-per-view events distributed on DIRECTV and Dish Network. His combat sports coverage has earned him membership in the Mixed Martial Arts Journalists Association (MMAJA) and Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA). He’s also an annual voter for the International Boxing Hall of Fame.

Manouk is frequently invited as a guest speaker and expert analyst for programs that air on ESPN, FOX, and SiriusXM, among other outlets.

Born and raised in Los Angeles as a second-generation Armenian, Manouk’s passion and enthusiasm for storytelling led him toward earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Northridge.
